Need: BGUI beginner tipps

Is there somebody here who is experienced with BGUI coding? Me, just starded using BGUI, going through the example codes. Need any tipps and help on how to work with BGUIBuilder. Since BGUIBuilder has no README or guide, best would be a small, but compilable BGUIBuilder project.
