35 years old bug still present ?
Hard to say what context this bug fits into, with only a screenshot to hint at what is going on, but I shall try.
What is shown are apparently the data stored in a FileLock, with rather odd values for the respective fl_Link and fl_Access fields. For the fl_Link field, there should be a BCPL pointer value and not a number < 100. The fl_Access field should contain a value of -1 or -2. Apparently, this data is corrupted. The fl_Key value suggests that this FileLock may have been produced by the default ROM file system (FastFileSystem in "modern" Amigas) and not ram-handler (which had its own share of entertaining and surprising bugs to offer, of which we already knocked down a significant number over the past few years).
I trust that Harry Sintonen knows what he is writing about, and maybe we are going to get this bug cornered and fixed, eventually :-)

This is far too vague of a "bug report" to be reproducible or actionable.
